The American Safety Council's Virginia computer-based 8-hour Safe Motorist Course is an Alternative Delivery Method driving safety course that is designed to address the specific needs of identified automobile insurance carriers, by providing instruction approved to receive a 10% automobile insurance discount in accordance with terms and conditions established by participating insurance carriers.
